The 3SE5322-1SF21-1AG4 is a safety position switch with a tumbler, designed to ensure the safe monitoring of machine doors and safety gates. It features a robust locking force of 1300 N, effectively preventing unintentional opening of safety devices. This switch offers versatile application with five possible directions of approach for the actuator. Its high degree of protection, IP69 according to IEC 60529, guarantees reliable operation even in harsh environments with exposure to dust and high-pressure water. The enclosure is made of durable plastic and features three M20x1.5 cable entries for secure wiring. An escape release mechanism on the front allows for manual unlocking from the inside in emergency situations. The integrated magnet operates at 24 V DC and is monitored by 2 NC (normally closed) and 1 NO (normally open) contacts. The switch also includes 2 NC and 1 NO contacts for monitoring the actuator position, along with a yellow/green LED display for visual status indication. Please note that the actuator (3SE5000-0AV0) must be ordered separately, and for optimal IP69 protection, appropriate cable glands should be used.
