The 3TK2826-1BB41 is a phased-out SIRIUS safety relay from Siemens, designed with relay enabling circuits (EC) for enhanced safety in industrial applications. Please note that the successor product series is 3SK2 (refer to FAQ 109741483 for more details). This safety relay operates on a 24 V DC power supply and features a compact 45 mm width, making it suitable for installation in control panels with limited space. It is equipped with screw terminals for secure and reliable electrical connections. The relay provides instantaneous enabling circuits with 2 normally open (NO) contacts, as well as delayed enabling circuits with 2 safety contacts (SC). Additionally, it incorporates 4 safety contacts for comprehensive safety monitoring. This basic device offers a switch with 8 functions, providing versatility for various safety applications. The 3TK2826-1BB41 is capable of achieving a maximum Performance Level (PL) according to EN 13849-1 and a Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of 3 according to IEC 61508, ensuring a high level of safety and reliability.
