Description  
The SIRIUS 3TK2826-2CW30 is a phased-out safety relay from Siemens, now superseded by the 3SK2 series (refer to FAQ 109741483 for details). This safety relay features relay enabling circuits (EC) and operates within a wide voltage range of 24 to 240 V UC. Its compact design, with an overall width of 45 mm, makes it suitable for various applications. The relay utilizes spring-type terminals for secure and efficient connections. It provides 4 normally open (NO) instantaneous enabling circuits and 2 safety circuits (SC), while offering no delayed enabling circuits. This basic device incorporates a switch with 8 pre-defined functions, enhancing its versatility. According to EN 13849-1, it can achieve a maximum Performance Level (PL), and according to IEC 61508, it can achieve a maximum Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of 3, ensuring a high level of safety in critical applications. While this particular model is no longer in production, its specifications remain relevant for understanding legacy systems and comparing it to its successor series.
