Description  
The SIRIUS 3TK2826-2CW31 is a phased-out safety relay from Siemens, now superseded by the 3SK2 series (refer to FAQ 109741483 for details). This safety relay features relay enabling circuits (EC) and operates within a wide voltage range of 24 to 240 V UC. Its compact design, with an overall width of 45 mm, makes it suitable for space-constrained applications. The relay utilizes spring-type terminals for secure and efficient wiring. It provides instantaneous enabling circuits with 2 normally open (NO) contacts, along with delayed enabling circuits also featuring 2 safety contacts (SC). Additionally, it incorporates 3 safety contacts (SC) for comprehensive safety monitoring. The device offers a switch with 8 pre-configured functions, serving as a versatile basic unit for various safety applications. According to EN 13849-1, it can achieve the maximum achievable Performance Level (PL). As per IEC 61508, it is capable of reaching the maximum achievable Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of 3, ensuring a high level of safety and reliability.
