The SIRIUS 3TK2827-1AB21 is a safety relay designed to enhance safety in machinery and automation systems. This device features relay enabling circuits (EC) for reliable and secure operation. With an overall width of 45 mm, it offers a compact design suitable for space-constrained installations. The relay utilizes screw terminals for secure and easy wiring. It provides instantaneous enabling circuits with 2 normally open (NO) contacts, as well as delayed enabling circuits with 2 NO contacts and an adjustable delay time of 0.05 to 3 seconds. Additionally, it includes one normally closed (NC) safety circuit (SC) for monitored start functionality. This basic device achieves a maximum Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of 3/2 and a Performance Level (PL) of e/d, in accordance with safety standards.
