The SIRIUS 3TK2828-2AB21 is a safety relay designed to enhance the safety of machinery and equipment. This device features relay enabling circuits (EC) for reliable and secure operation. It operates on a 24 V AC power supply, ensuring compatibility with common industrial power systems. With an overall width of 45 mm, it offers a compact design suitable for space-constrained installations. The relay utilizes spring-type terminals for quick and secure connections, reducing installation time and improving reliability. It provides instantaneous enabling circuits with 2 normally open (NO) contacts, as well as delayed enabling circuits with 2 NO contacts and an adjustable delay time of 0.05 to 3 seconds. Additionally, it includes one normally closed (NC) safety circuit contact. The relay supports an AUTOSTART function for automated system startup. This basic device achieves a maximum Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of 3/2 and a Performance Level (PL) of e/d, ensuring a high level of safety performance.
