The SIRIUS 3TK2828-2BB40 is a safety relay designed to enhance the safety of machinery and equipment. This device features relay enabling circuits (EC) and operates on a 24 V DC power supply. With an overall width of 45 mm, it is compact and suitable for installation in various control panels. The relay utilizes spring-type terminals for secure and reliable connections. It provides instantaneous enabling circuits with 2 normally open (NO) contacts, as well as delayed enabling circuits, also with 2 NO contacts, offering adjustable delay times from 0.5 to 30 seconds. Additionally, it includes one normally closed (NC) safety circuit contact. The relay supports both automatic start and manual start configurations. As a basic device, it achieves a maximum Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of 3/2 and a Performance Level (PL) of e/d, ensuring a high level of safety and reliability in critical applications.
