This 3VA5 UL frame 250 circuit breaker features a breaking capacity class M, capable of interrupting fault currents up to 35kA at 480V. It is configured with 3 poles, making it suitable for three-phase systems. The breaker incorporates a TM230 trip unit, specifically tailored for line protection. Its rated current (In) is 90A, with overload protection (Ir) fixed at 90A to prevent damage from sustained overcurrents. The short-circuit protection (Ii) is adjustable from 5 to 10 times the rated current, providing flexibility in coordinating with downstream devices. This model complies with UL 489 standards and is suitable for SB (naval) applications. It is designed to operate reliably at 50 degrees Celsius without derating. Connection hardware is not included, allowing for customized termination solutions.
