The 3VL5763-3ME36-0AA0 is a high-performance circuit breaker from Siemens, designed for line protection in electrical systems. It is a 3-pole circuit breaker, making it suitable for three-phase AC applications. This model boasts a VL630L frame size and a very high breaking capacity (Icu) of 100kA at 415V AC, ensuring reliable protection against short circuits and overloads. The trip unit is an ETU20, providing advanced protection features. The rated current (In) is 630A, with an adjustable overload protection range (IR) from 252A to 630A. It includes short-time delayed short-circuit protection (ISD) adjustable from 1.5 to 9 times the IR setting. Instantaneous short-circuit protection (II) is set at 10 times the rated current (IN). This circuit breaker is communication-capable via ETU, allowing for remote monitoring and control. Note that it does not include an auxiliary or alarm switch.
