The 5SU1353-1WM16 is a Siemens FI/LS-PROTECTOR, also known as a Residual Current Circuit Breaker with Overcurrent Protection (RCBO). This device combines the functionality of a residual current device (RCD) and a miniature circuit breaker (MCB) in a single unit. It offers comprehensive protection against both short circuits and earth leakage faults. The 'AC (WS)' designation indicates its suitability for alternating current systems. It has an overall depth of 70mm. The 'IFN 30MA' specifies a rated residual operating current of 30mA, providing sensitive protection against earth leakage currents, minimizing the risk of electric shock. With a breaking capacity of 4.5kA, it can safely interrupt fault currents up to 4500 amps. This RCBO is a 1+N-pole device, meaning it protects one phase and the neutral conductor.
