The 6RA8025-2FV62-0AP0 is a US BASE DRIVE package designed for four-quadrant operation. It accepts a 3-phase AC input voltage of either 480V or 240V at 50/60Hz. The output is a DC voltage of 500V, with an AC contactor and snubber circuit included for protection. The package incorporates 3AC semiconductor fuses and holders for AC side protection. It also features 1 DC semiconductor fuse and holders for DC side protection. Furthermore, it includes 2 semiconductor field fuses with fuse holders for field circuit protection. A control power transformer is integrated to supply the control circuitry. Please note that this system comes with NO SIEMENS liability.
