The SINAMICS G180 2T3A-87501-800 is a robust and versatile drive converter designed for three-phase AC motors. It supports a voltage range of 230-500V in TN/TT systems, operating at 50/60 Hz. This unit is capable of delivering a typical motor output of 800kW at 500V, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications. The drive features a hardware design (HWD) without optional components, measuring 2002x1606x605 mm. It is protected by an IP21 enclosure, ensuring resistance against dripping water and solid objects. Cooling is achieved through an efficient air-cooled system. The integrated 6-pulse line reactor minimizes harmonic distortion on the input side. A DV/DT output filter is included to protect the motor from voltage spikes. EMC compliance is ensured through EN61800-3, and it includes a line filter compliant with EN55011 Class A, suitable for the second environment C3.
