The Sinamics POWER Module PM240-2 (6SL3210-1PB21-0AL0) is a highly efficient and versatile power module designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It features a built-in Class A filter, ensuring compliance with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards. The integrated braking chopper provides effective braking control, enhancing safety and performance. This module supports both single-phase and three-phase AC input voltage ranging from 200 to 240V (+10/-10%) at 47-63Hz. It offers two overload modes: a high overload mode delivering 1.5kW for demanding applications (200% for 3s, 150% for 57s, 100% for 240s at ambient temperatures from -10 to +50°C), and a low overload mode providing 2.2kW for standard applications (150% for 3s, 110% for 57s, 100% for 240s at ambient temperatures from -10 to +40°C). The module's compact dimensions of 291 x 100 x 165 mm (HxWxD) and FSB frame size facilitate easy integration into various systems. It comes with IP20 protection, safeguarding against solid objects. Note that this power module does not include a Control Unit or Panel and is approved for use with CU firmware version V4.6.
