The SINAMICS Power Module PM240-2 (6SL3210-1PB21-0UL0) is a robust and versatile component designed for controlling motor drives. This module operates without a filter and incorporates a built-in braking chopper for efficient energy management. It supports a 1/3AC 200-240V power input with a tolerance of +10/-10% at 47-63Hz. The module offers two overload modes: a high overload mode delivering 1.5kW for demanding applications (200% for 3s, 150% for 57s, 100% for 240s) at ambient temperatures between -10 to +50 degrees Celsius, and a low overload mode providing 2.2kW for standard applications (150% for 3s, 110% for 57s, 100% for 240s) at ambient temperatures between -10 to +40 degrees Celsius. Its compact dimensions of 291 x 100 x 165 mm (Height x Width x Depth) in FSB form factor allows for easy integration. The module is rated with an IP20 protection class, ensuring safety against solid objects. Note that this power module does not include a control unit or panel, and it is approved for use with CU firmware version V4.6.
