The SINAMICS G120/S120 Power Module PM240-2 FSG C3 is a robust and versatile power module designed for controlling three-phase AC motors. It features a built-in braking chopper for efficient braking operations. The module operates within a voltage range of 3AC 380-480V +10/-10% at 47-63Hz. It offers a high overload capacity of 132kW for 200% current for 3 seconds, 150% for 57 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds, suitable for demanding applications at ambient temperatures between -20 and +50 degrees Celsius (HO). Alternatively, it provides a low overload capacity of 160kW for 150% current for 3 seconds, 110% for 57 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds, optimized for ambient temperatures between -20 and +40 degrees Celsius (LO). The module's dimensions are 1000x305x357 mm (HxWxD) and it comes in a FSG frame size with IP20 protection. Note that this power module is supplied without a control unit and panel. It is approved for use with CU firmware versions V4.7 SP9 and V5.1.
