The Sinamics G120 Power Module PM240-2 (6SL3210-1PH22-0UL0) is a robust and versatile component designed for controlling three-phase AC motors within a voltage range of 500-690V (+10/-20%) at 47-63Hz. This module comes without a filter but includes a built-in braking chopper for efficient energy management during deceleration. It offers two overload modes: a high overload (HO) mode delivering 11kW for demanding applications requiring 200% overload for 3 seconds, 150% for 57 seconds, or 100% for 240 seconds, within an ambient temperature range of -20 to +50 degrees Celsius. Alternatively, a low overload (LO) mode provides 15kW for applications needing 150% overload for 3 seconds, 110% for 57 seconds, or 100% for 240 seconds, within an ambient temperature range of -20 to +40 degrees Celsius. The module's dimensions are 472mm (height) x 200mm (width) x 237mm (depth), and it features an FSD frame size with IP20 protection. Note that this power module is supplied without a Control Unit or Panel, and it is approved for use with CU firmware version V4.7 HF8.
