The SINAMICS Power Module PM240-2 (6SL3211-1PC22-2UL0) is an unfiltered power module with an integrated braking chopper, designed for efficient motor control. It operates within a voltage range of 200-240V 3AC +10/-10% at 47-63Hz. This module offers two power overload configurations: a high overload setting providing 4kW at 200% for 3 seconds, 150% for 57 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds, suitable for demanding applications. Alternatively, a low overload setting delivers 5.5kW at 150% for 3 seconds, 110% for 57 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds. The module is designed to function within an ambient temperature range of -10 to +50 °C under high overload conditions, and -10 to +40 °C under low overload conditions. Its dimensions are 411x200x171 mm (HxWxD), corresponding to frame size FSC. The module has a degree of protection IP20-PT. Note that this power module is supplied without a Control Unit and operating unit. It is compatible and released for use with CU firmware version V4.6 and later.
