The Sinamics G120 Power Module PM250 (6SL3225-0BE31-5UA0) is a robust and versatile component designed for controlling three-phase AC motors. This module operates without an integrated filter, offering the flexibility to implement external filtering solutions as needed. It features regenerative capabilities, allowing energy generated during braking to be fed back into the power supply, enhancing energy efficiency. The module is designed for a 3-phase AC supply voltage of 380-480V with a tolerance of +10/-10% at a frequency of 47-63Hz. It offers two overload modes: a high overload mode delivering 15kW for demanding applications and a light overload mode for standard operations. In high overload mode, it supports 200% overload for 3 seconds, 150% for 57 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds at ambient temperatures between 0 to +50 degrees Celsius. The light overload mode provides 18.5kW with 150% overload for 3 seconds, 110% for 57 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds at ambient temperatures from 0 to +40 degrees Celsius. The module's dimensions are 512mm (height) x 275mm (width) x 204mm (depth), conforming to FSD size standards, and it has an IP20 protection rating. Note that this power module is supplied without a Control Unit and Basic Operator Panel (BOP), which must be ordered separately to complete the drive system.
