The E32-D73-S 2M is a high-performance fiber optic sensor head from Omron's E32-D series, designed for diffuse-reflective sensing applications. Its heat-resistant construction ensures reliable operation in demanding environments. This sensor features a standard fiber configuration and is ideal for top-view or in-line sensing setups. When paired with an E3NX FA amplifier in ST mode, it achieves a sensing range of up to 180mm. The sensor's M4 threaded cylindrical body allows for easy integration into various mounting configurations. The 2-meter fiber length provides flexibility in positioning the sensor, with a minimum bending radius of 25mm to prevent damage. Constructed with a SUS303 stainless steel sensing end and a glass fiber core protected by a SUS sheath, it offers exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion. With an IP67 rating, this sensor is well-protected against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. This robust design ensures consistent and accurate sensing performance in a wide range of applications.
