The E32-LD11R 5M is a high-performance fiber optic sensor head from Omron's E32-LD series, designed for diffuse-reflective sensing applications. Its flexible fiber and integrated lens enable precise and reliable detection in various industrial environments. This sensor is particularly well-suited for top-view or in-line sensing configurations, offering extended sensing ranges up to 1260mm (1.26m) when paired with compatible Omron amplifiers in Giga mode. The sensor features an M6 threaded cylindrical body, facilitating easy installation and integration into existing systems. Its 5-meter long fiber, with a minimum bending radius of 1mm, provides flexibility in routing and positioning. The sensing end is constructed from Trivalent Chrome-plated Zinc, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The plastic fiber is encased in a Polyethylene sheath, offering additional protection against environmental factors. With an IP50 rating, the sensor is protected against dust ingress and is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C.
