The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servo motor 1FK2104-4AK10-1MB0 is a high-dynamic servo motor designed for demanding applications requiring precise motion control. It delivers a stall torque (M0) of 1.27 Nm and a rated power (PN) of 0.6 kW at a rated speed (nN) of 6000 rpm when operated within a 380-480 V range. Alternatively, it provides a rated power of 0.4 kW at a rated speed of 3000 rpm when powered by a 200-240 V supply. This motor features an integrated holding brake for secure standstill positioning. Its robust IP64 degree of protection ensures reliable operation in harsh industrial environments. The motor incorporates a shaft with dimensions D19x40 mm, complete with a feather key for secure mechanical connection. An absolute encoder (AM22DQC) with 22-bit + 12-bit multi-turn resolution provides highly accurate position feedback. It utilizes a DRIVE-CLiQ interface with an M17 plug for seamless communication with Siemens drive systems. The power connection is facilitated through an M17 connector, optimized for an 8 kHz / 62.5 µs cycle.
