The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 CT servo motor 1FK2204-5AK10-0MB0 from Siemens is a compact and dynamic drive solution designed for demanding applications. It delivers a stall torque (M0) of 2.4 Nm and a rated power (PN) of 0.57 kW at a rated speed (nN) of 6000 rpm when operating within a voltage range of 380-480 V. Alternatively, it can provide a rated power of 0.75 kW at a rated speed of 3000 rpm when supplied with a voltage range of 200-240 V. This motor is equipped with a holding brake for secure standstill positioning. Its IP64 protection rating ensures reliable operation in environments with dust and splashing water. The motor features a cylindrical shaft with dimensions D19x40 mm for robust mechanical integration. An absolute encoder (AM22DQC) with 22-bit + 12-bit multi-turn resolution provides precise position feedback. It incorporates a DRIVE-CLiQ interface with an M17 plug for seamless communication with Siemens drive systems. The power connector is also an M17 size, optimized for operation at 8 kHz / 62.5 µs.
