The SIMOTICS S 1FK7032-2AK71-1BG2 is a compact and efficient synchronous motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor features a continuous power rating of 0.5 kW and operates at a DC voltage of 600V, delivering a stall torque (M0) of 1.15 Nm under 100K conditions. With a rated speed of 6000 rpm, it is suitable for high-speed applications requiring precise control. The motor is naturally cooled, eliminating the need for external cooling systems and simplifying installation. Its mechanical design conforms to IMB 5 standards (IM V1, IM V3), with a flange 1 configuration and a rotatable power connector for flexible integration. An absolute encoder with a single-turn 24-bit resolution and DRIVE-CLiQ interface (encoder AS24DQI) ensures accurate position feedback. The motor has a smooth shaft with tolerance N and does not include a holding brake. It is protected to IP65 on the drive end flange and IP67 on the non-drive end flange, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments.
