The SIMOTICS S 1FK7040-5AK71-1EG5 is a compact synchronous servo motor designed for precision motion control applications. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 1.6 Nm and a power output of 0.69 kW, making it suitable for dynamic tasks. It is engineered for natural cooling, adhering to IM B5 (IM V1, IM V3) mounting configurations for versatile integration. The motor features a rotatable power/signal connector plug, adjustable by 270°, enhancing installation flexibility. An absolute encoder ENDAT 2048 P/REV (encoder A-2048) provides high-resolution position feedback. Note that the absolute encoder causes a 10% performance reduction. The motor has a plain shaft with tolerance N and does not include a holding brake. It is protected to IP65 standards, with the flange rated at IP67, ensuring resilience in demanding environments. Finished with a RAL7016 paint, the motor offers both durability and a professional appearance.
