The SIMOTICS S 1FK7042-2AK71-1CH0 is a synchronous motor designed for high-performance applications requiring precise motion control. The motor is capable of reaching a rated speed (NN) of 6000 rpm. The motor utilizes natural cooling. The mechanical design is IMB 5, configurable as IM V1 or IM V3, and features a flange 1 for easy integration. Equipped with an absolute encoder (AM24DQI) that offers 24-bit resolution and an additional 12-bit multi-turn capability, utilizing a Drive-CLiQ interface for seamless communication.
