Description  
The SIMOTICS S 1FK7042-5AF71-1EG3-Z is a compact synchronous servo motor designed for precision motion control applications. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 3.0 Nm at 100K and a rated speed of 3000 rpm, providing an output of 0.82 kW. The motor is naturally cooled, utilizing an IM B5 mounting configuration (also compatible with IM V1 and IM V3). It features rotatable power and signal connectors, adjustable up to 270 degrees for flexible installation. An absolute ENDAT 2048 p/rev encoder (Encoder A-2048) ensures accurate position feedback. Note that the absolute encoder causes a 10% performance reduction. The motor has a plain shaft with tolerance N and does not include a holding brake. It is protected to IP64 standards and finished with RAL7016 paint. This configuration includes a V42: ALPHA NP, NP 025 single-stage planetary gear unit with a gear ratio of i=10 and a feather key.
