The SIMOTICS S 1FK7044-7AF71-1GB0 is a high-dynamic synchronous servo motor designed for demanding applications requiring precise and responsive motion control. This motor features a rated torque of 4.0 Nm and is capable of operating at speeds up to 3000 rpm, delivering a power output of 1.1 kW. The motor is naturally cooled, eliminating the need for external cooling systems and simplifying installation. It is designed with an IM B5 (V1, V3) mounting configuration, offering versatile mounting options. The power and signal connectors are plug-in type and can be rotated by 270°, providing flexibility in cable routing. An absolute encoder with 32 pulses per revolution (Encoder A-32) is integrated for accurate position feedback, although its presence results in a 10% performance reduction. The motor shaft includes a fitted key with tolerance N for secure mechanical connections. A holding brake is included to prevent unintended movement when the motor is de-energized. The motor is protected to IP64 standards, ensuring resistance to dust and splashing water.
