The SIMOTICS S 1FK7081-2AH74-1TH1 is a compact and powerful synchronous motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor features a continuous torque of 12 Nm at standstill (100K) and a rated power of 1.8 kW when supplied with 600V DC. Its rated speed is 4500 rpm, making it suitable for high-speed operations. The motor is naturally cooled, simplifying installation and maintenance. The design incorporates an IMB 5 flange (IM V1, IM V3) for versatile mounting options. It includes a Pt1000 temperature sensor for accurate monitoring of motor temperature, ensuring optimal performance and preventing overheating. The power connector is rotatable, providing flexibility in cable routing. A 2-pole resolver (resolver P=1) is integrated for precise position feedback. The motor has a smooth shaft with tolerance N and is equipped with a holding brake for secure stopping and holding. The IP65 protection rating ensures reliable operation in harsh environments with dust and water exposure.
