The SIMOTICS S 1FT6031-4AK71-3AH0 is a synchronous servo motor designed for precision motion control applications. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 1.0 Nm and is capable of reaching a maximum speed of 6000 rpm. With a power rating of 0.47 kW, it offers a balance of performance and efficiency. The motor is naturally cooled, eliminating the need for external cooling systems and simplifying installation. It features an IM B5 mounting flange (also compatible with IM V1 and IM V3 configurations) for versatile integration into various mechanical setups. The power and signal connectors are axially oriented towards the non-drive end (NDE) for convenient cable routing. An incremental encoder sin/cos 1 Vss 2048 S/R (encoder I-2048) provides high-resolution feedback for accurate positioning and speed control. The motor has a smooth shaft with circular runout tolerance N and includes a holding brake for secure standstill positioning. It is designed to vibration severity grade N and incorporates a labyrinth seal (IP64) for protection against dust and water splashes.
