Description  
The SIMOTICS S 1FT6041-4AK71-3EG1 is a high-performance synchronous servo motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 2.5 Nm and is rated for operation at 100K, with a maximum speed of 6000 rpm. Cooling is achieved through natural convection, simplifying installation and maintenance. The motor is designed with an IM B5 flange mounting configuration (also compatible with IM V1 and IM V3). Power and signal connections are facilitated via axial connectors located at the non-drive end (NDE). An absolute EnDat 2048 S/R encoder (encoder A-2048) provides precise position feedback, although a 10% derating is applied due to the presence of the absolute encoder. The motor features a smooth shaft with circular runout tolerance N, and it is not equipped with a holding brake. Vibration severity grade N ensures reliable operation in typical industrial environments, while a gamma sealing ring provides IP65 protection against dust and water ingress.
