The SIMOTICS S 1FT6086-8AC71-4EH1 is a high-performance synchronous servo motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 27 Nm and is rated for operation at 2000 rpm under 100K conditions, providing a power output of 4.7 kW. The motor is naturally cooled, utilizing an IM B5 mounting configuration (also compatible with IM V1 and IM V3). It features axial power and signal connector outlets for convenient connectivity. An absolute encoder EnDat 2048 S/R (encoder A-2048) is integrated, with a 10% derating applied due to its presence. The motor has a smooth shaft with circular runout tolerance N and includes a holding brake for precise positioning. Vibration severity grade N ensures stable operation, and gamma sealing rings (IP65) along with an additional gamma seal ring AS provide enhanced protection against environmental factors. This robust design ensures reliable performance in challenging industrial environments.
