The SIMOTICS S 1FT7044-5AK71-1CA0 is a synchronous motor designed for high-performance applications requiring precise control and reliability. This motor features a rated torque (M0) of 5 Nm at 100K and a nominal speed (NN) of 6000 rpm, delivering a nominal power (PN) of 1.41 kW. It is naturally cooled, eliminating the need for external cooling systems and simplifying installation. The motor is constructed with a frame size compatible with IMB 5 (IM V1, IM V3) mounting configurations and utilizes a conventional flange, ensuring compatibility with 1FT6/1FK7 series motors. Its power connector is rotatable, providing flexibility in cable routing and connection. An absolute encoder with 24 bits + 12-bit multiturn resolution and a DRIVE-CLiQ interface (encoder AM24DQI) is integrated for accurate position feedback. The shaft is fitted with a key, and the motor does not include a holding brake. It adheres to tolerance class N, vibration severity grade A, and is protected to IP64 standards.
