The SIMOTICS S 1FT7132-5SF71-1CL3-ZX05 is a high-performance synchronous motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor delivers a stall torque of 140 Nm at 100K and a rated speed of 3000 rpm, with a rated power output of 35.5 kW. It features forced ventilation for efficient cooling, ensuring reliable operation even under heavy loads. The motor is built with a frame size compatible with IMB 5 (IM V1, IM V3) mounting configurations and a conventional flange, making it compatible with 1FT6/1FK7 systems. The power connector is designed for outgoing connections and is positioned on the right side for traverse. An absolute encoder with 24 bits + 12-bit multiturn resolution and a DRIVE-CLiQ interface (ENCODER AM24DQI) provides precise position feedback. The motor has a plain shaft and includes a holding brake for added safety and control. It is manufactured with accuracy tolerance R and vibration severity grade A+R, ensuring smooth and stable performance. The motor is protected to IP64 standards and finished with a sky blue RAL5015 paint.
