The 1LE1001-1AB42-2AA4 Siemens motor, formerly known as 1AV2104B, is a low-voltage, IEC standard squirrel-cage induction motor designed for general purpose applications. This self-cooled motor features an IP55 enclosure, providing protection against dust and water jets. It is built with an aluminum enclosure and utilizes insulation class 155(F), though it is designed for temperature class 130(B) operation. This motor is classified as a High Efficiency IE2 motor; however, within the EEA, it meets the minimum IE3 efficiency standards according to (EU) 2019/1781 as of July 1, 2021. The motor is a 4-pole design with a frame size of 100L, delivering a rated power of 2.2 kW at 50 Hz and 2.55 kW at 60 Hz. The standard color is RAL 7030, but alternative colors may be available upon request via a specific order code. It is designed for 3 AC power at 50 Hz with 230 VD/400 VY configuration and 3 AC power at 60 Hz with 460 VY. The mounting configuration is IM B3, and it does not include motor protection. The terminal box is located at the top of the motor.
