The SIMOTICS GP motor, model 1LE1003-1AB42-2FB4, is a robust and efficient low-voltage motor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This IEC squirrel-cage motor features a self-cooling mechanism and an IP55 protection rating, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments. Its temperature class is 155(F) insulation according to 130(B). The motor is encased in a durable aluminum enclosure, providing both lightweight construction and effective heat dissipation. As a Premium Efficiency IE3 motor, it minimizes energy consumption and reduces operating costs. This 4-pole motor delivers 2.2 kW at 50 Hz and 2.55 kW at 60 Hz. The standard color is RAL 7030. It is designed for 3 AC power at 50 Hz (230 VD/400 VY) and 60 Hz (460 VY). The motor is configured for IM B5 mounting with a flange FF215 (A250) and includes 3 PTC thermistors for disconnection (2 terminals) and a top-mounted terminal box.
