The SIMOTICS SD motor, identified by the type 1CV1312B, is a low-voltage IEC squirrel-cage rotor motor designed for robust industrial applications. This self-cooled motor features an IP55 protection rating, ensuring resilience against dust and water ingress. Its temperature class is 155(F), utilizing insulation according to 130(B), and it is encased in a durable gray cast iron housing. Compliant with energy efficiency standards, this motor meets IE1 requirements within the EEA, with a minimum efficiency of IE3 as per (EU) 2019/1781, effective from July 1, 2021. This 4-pole motor, size 315M, delivers 132 kW at 50 Hz and 152 kW at 60 Hz. The standard color is RAL 7030, but the manufacturer will be either Siemens or Innomotics. It supports 3 AC power at 50 Hz with 400 VD/690 VY and 3 AC at 60 Hz with 460 VD. The motor is configured for IM B3 mounting, without integrated motor protection, and features a top-mounted terminal box.
