The SIMOTICS SD motor, model 1LE1503-1EA23-4AA4, is a robust and efficient low-voltage motor designed for industrial applications. This IEC squirrel-cage rotor motor features self-cooling and an IP55 protection rating, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments. Its temperature class is 155(F), utilized according to 130(B), allowing for a temperature reserve during operation. The motor is encased in a durable gray cast iron housing, providing enhanced mechanical strength and vibration resistance. As a Basic Line motor, it offers Premium Efficiency IE3, reducing energy consumption and operational costs. This 2-pole motor is available in size 180M, delivering 22 kW at 50 Hz and 24.5 kW at 60 Hz. The standard color is RAL 7030, and the product will be branded either Siemens or Innomotics. It supports 3 AC power at 50 Hz with 400 VD/690 VY and 3 AC power at 60 Hz with 460 VD, and comes in IM B3 mounting configuration without motor protection and with the terminal box located at the top.
