The SIMOTICS XP motor, identified as type 1CD3204A, is a robust low-voltage motor engineered by Siemens, now also under the Innomotics brand. This IEC squirrel-cage rotor motor features self-cooling and an IP55 enclosure, ensuring protection against dust and water splashes. It is designed with temperature class 155(F), utilizing 130(B) insulation for enhanced thermal resilience, all encased within a durable gray cast iron housing. As a Basic Line motor, it achieves Premium Efficiency IE3 standards, optimizing energy consumption. This 2-pole motor delivers 30 kW at both 50 Hz and 60 Hz, suitable for a variety of industrial applications. Specifically designed as an Ex db (eb) IIC T4 version, it is certified for use in Zone 1 hazardous areas. The motor is coated in standard RAL 7030 gray, unless otherwise specified, and supports 3AC power at 400VD/690VY at 50 Hz and 460VD at 60 Hz. Featuring an IM B3 mounting configuration and a top-mounted terminal box, this motor excludes integrated motor protection, offering a versatile and powerful solution for demanding environments.
