The SIMOTICS M compact asynchronous motor 1PH7103-2NG02-0CJ0 from Siemens is a robust and efficient drive solution designed for demanding industrial applications. This core type motor delivers a rated power of 7 kW at 2000 rpm, producing a torque of 33.4 Nm. In variable constant mode (VC), it achieves 7.5 kW at 2300 rpm with 31.1 Nm torque. Operating at 400 V 3AC 50 Hz, the motor draws 17.5 A (17 A in VC mode). It features a relative motor encoder 1 VSS 2048 P/U for precise speed and position control. The terminal box is conveniently located on top with cable entry on the right side, utilizing a PG cable entry. Constructed in IM B5 form (also compatible with IM V1 and IM V3 mounting), the motor exhibits vibration severity grade S and shaft/flange accuracy R. It has a plain shaft without a feather key and forced air cooling from the drive end (DE) to the non-drive end (NDE). The motor is protected to IP55 standards, with the fan achieving IP54 protection, and comes unpainted.
