The SIMOTICS M compact asynchronous motor 1PH8105-1UF12-2LA1 is a high-performance motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It delivers 7 kW of power at 1500 rpm, producing 45 Nm of torque with a current of 17.5 A at 348 V. At 1750 rpm, it outputs 8 kW with 44 Nm torque, maintaining 17.5 A at 400 V. The motor achieves 9 kW at 2000 rpm, generating 43 Nm of torque while drawing 17 A at 453 V. Furthermore, it reaches 9.9 kW at 2200 rpm, sustaining 43 Nm of torque with 17 A at 485 V. Forced ventilation ensures optimal thermal management, with airflow directed from the non-drive end (NDE) to the drive end (DE). Its IP55 protection rating guarantees resilience against dust and water ingress. An incremental 20-bit encoder, featuring a DRIVE-CLiQ interface and lacking commutation position (IN20DQ), provides precise position feedback. The motor is designed in IM B5 (IMV 1, IM V3) configuration, incorporating a shaft with a fitted key and half-key balancing, along with special performance bearings and vibration severity grade B.
