The SIRIUS MCU motor starter 3RK4324-3HR51-1BC0 from Siemens is an electromechanically switched device designed for motor protection and control. This motor starter is enclosed in a robust IP54-rated plastic housing, providing protection against dust and splashing water. It features AS-Interface communication, facilitating seamless integration into automated systems. The device incorporates short-circuit protection and motor starter protection with bi-metal thermal overload relays. This configuration allows for reversing starter functionality and braking without performance class 3. The rotary operating mechanism is gray and black, and there is no manual operation capability. Connection to power is achieved via M-gland. This particular model is a special version with a new design, functioning as an A/B slave according to AS-I specification V2.1. It includes sensor actuator capabilities with 1x AS-I and 3xDI/DO power sensor U-aux.
