The SIRIUS MCU motor starter 3RK4324-3NR54-0BC0 from Siemens is an electromechanically switched direct-on-line starter designed for motors. It comes in an enclosure with an IP54 protection degree, making it suitable for environments requiring protection against dust and splashing water. The enclosure is made of plastic and features a gray/black rotary operating mechanism for manual operation. This motor starter provides comprehensive circuit protection, including motor starter protectors with bi-metal thermal overload relays and medium-time (MT) protection, adhering to performance class 10A. Communication is facilitated through AS-Interface, supporting A/B slave AS-I specification V2.1. It includes integrated sensor and actuator connections, featuring 1x AS-I and 2xDI/DO for power sensor U-aux. Braking functionality is available without performance level. The unit is equipped with manual operation and power connection via M-gland, with a special version featuring a new design.
