The 3SF1324-1SB21-1BA3 is a safety position switch manufactured by Siemens, designed to ensure the safe operation of machinery and equipment. It features a tumbler locking mechanism with a substantial locking force of 1300N, providing a robust barrier against unauthorized access. The switch offers five different directions of approach for versatile installation options. Its durable plastic enclosure is designed to withstand industrial environments. Connectivity is simplified through an integrated M12 plug. The ASIsafe integration enhances safety by providing reliable communication and diagnostics. The switch incorporates two channels, each with a normally closed (NC) contact triggered by the actuator. It is solenoid-locked and operates on a 24V DC/AC solenoid voltage. Monitoring of both the actuator and solenoid is facilitated by 2NC/1NO contact configurations. Note that a separate actuator, specifically the 3SE5000-0AV0 model, is required for complete functionality and must be ordered independently.
