The 3VA5280-5ED41-0AA0 is a robust UL-listed circuit breaker from Siemens, designed for reliable circuit protection in industrial and commercial applications. This 3VA5 series breaker features a frame size of 250 and a breaking capacity class M, capable of interrupting fault currents up to 35kA at 480V. It is configured as a 4-pole breaker, making it suitable for three-phase systems with a neutral conductor. The breaker incorporates a TM210 trip unit, specifically designed for line protection. Its current setting (In) is fixed at 80A, providing overload protection with an Ir setting also fixed at 80A. The short-circuit protection (Ii) is set at 10 times the rated current (In), ensuring rapid response to high-level faults. This model features FTFM connection technology for secure and efficient wiring. Notably, the N conductor is unprotected and does not have a connection point on the breaker. This circuit breaker is ideal for applications where reliable and precise overcurrent protection is essential.
