This 3VA5 frame 400 circuit breaker features a breaking capacity class M, capable of interrupting fault currents up to 35kA at 480V. It is configured as a 4-pole breaker, ensuring comprehensive protection for three-phase systems. The breaker incorporates a TM240 trip unit, offering adjustable thermal-magnetic protection. The rated current (In) is 400A, with an adjustable overload protection range (Ir) from 280A to 400A. Short circuit protection (Ii) is set at 5 to 10 times the rated current, providing instantaneous tripping for high-level faults. This model includes 100% neutral protection, enhancing safety and preventing nuisance tripping due to neutral imbalances. Note that this particular model does not have a connection included.
