The Sinamics POWER Module PM240-2 is a highly efficient and versatile power module designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It features a built-in Class A filter, ensuring compliance with electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards and minimizing interference. The integrated braking chopper provides controlled braking of connected motors, enhancing safety and performance. This module supports both single-phase and three-phase AC input voltage ranging from 200 to 240V +10/-10% at 47-63Hz. It offers two output modes: High Overload and Low Overload, catering to different application requirements. In High Overload mode, it delivers 2.2kW for 200% for 3 seconds, 150% for 57 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds at ambient temperatures from -10 to +50 degrees Celsius. In Low Overload mode, it provides 3kW for 150% for 3 seconds, 110% for 57 seconds, and 100% for 240 seconds at ambient temperatures from -10 to +40 degrees Celsius. The module's compact dimensions of 355 x 140 x 165 mm (HxWxD) and FSC Protection IP20 facilitate easy integration into various systems. Note that this power module does not include a Control Unit or Panel and is approved for CU Firmware Version V4.6.
