The SINAMICS G120 Control Unit CU230P-2 PN is a versatile component designed for controlling and monitoring AC drives within the SINAMICS G120 modular drive system. It integrates PROFINET communication for seamless network integration and real-time data exchange. This control unit features 6 digital inputs (DI) and 3 digital outputs (DO) for interfacing with external devices and controlling various processes. It also incorporates 4 analog inputs (AI) and 2 analog outputs (AO) for precise signal acquisition and control. A dedicated input is provided for connecting a motor temperature sensor, ensuring optimal motor protection. The CU230P-2 PN offers two PSU-out connections (10 V DC, 24 V DC) for powering external sensors and devices, along with a PSU-in connection (24 V DC) for its own power supply. It includes USB and MMC interfaces for convenient parameterization, diagnostics, and data storage. Designed with an IP20 degree of protection, it is suitable for installation in protected environments.
