The A9D31606 from Schneider Electric's Acti9 iDPN N Vigi series is a 1P+N residual current breaker with overcurrent protection (RCBO). This device combines the functionality of a miniature circuit breaker (MCB) and a residual current device (RCD) in a single unit. It offers protection against both overload and short circuit currents, as well as protection against earth leakage faults. The RCBO has a current rating of 6A and a C curve tripping characteristic, making it suitable for circuits with moderate inrush currents. It has a breaking capacity of 6000A, ensuring reliable interruption of fault currents. The AC type RCD is designed to detect sinusoidal alternating residual currents. With a sensitivity of 30mA, it provides effective protection against electric shock.
